Delete account — IgrejaGo
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data in the IgrejaGo app and platform (developer: IgrejaGo).
How to request account deletion
- In the IgrejaGo app: open Profile, under Account tap Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.
- On the IgrejaGo web dashboard: open Edit profile, enter your password under Delete account, and confirm.
- If you cannot access the app or dashboard, email contato@igrejago.com with the subject “IgrejaGo account deletion”, including your account email and the linked church name.
Data that is deleted or anonymized
- Sign-in credentials and sessions: access stops immediately on this and other devices.
- Account profile personal data (such as display name, login email, and other identifiers tied to you) is deleted or anonymized so you cannot reasonably be identified.
- Your access links to the church environment on the platform no longer allow authentication or use of the account.
Data that may be retained
- Records the church (controller of that environment) must keep for legal or legitimate reasons (for example community operational or financial history) are not automatically erased just because an individual account was closed.
- Security, terms acceptance, billing, support, audit, and rights-defense records may be kept for as long as needed for legal compliance and service protection.
- Residual backup copies may remain until the normal retention cycle ends, isolated from day-to-day use; aggregated or already anonymized statistics may continue without personal identification.
Access ends immediately. Anonymization of donations, orders, and linked records may take a few moments. Residual backups follow the infrastructure’s usual retention cycle.
Deleting data without closing the account
Yes. You can request correction, anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data without deleting your account, under applicable privacy law. Step-by-step: Delete data — IgrejaGo.
